Public offer for SignalHub services

The terms under which SignalHub provides access to event delivery, integrations, billing, and support features.

Last updated June 20, 2026

This offer describes access to SignalHub: accounts, event sources, delivery channels, recipients, message history, billing, and support tools.

By registering, connecting an integration, selecting a plan, or paying for the service, the user accepts this offer. If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement prevails for the covered scope.

1. Service scope

SignalHub is a technical platform for receiving events from external systems and delivering notifications through configured channels such as email, Telegram, webhooks, and other integrations available in the product.

The user controls the event content, recipients, routing rules, and integration settings. SignalHub does not pre-approve every notification or verify the legal basis for each message.

2. Account and access

To use the service, the user creates an account, provides accurate data, and confirms the email address. Feature availability may depend on the selected plan, payment status, billing region, and integration availability.

  • The user is responsible for protecting passwords, API keys, webhook URLs, and integration tokens.
  • Actions performed from the account are treated as user actions until shown otherwise.
  • Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to support without delay.

3. Plans, limits, and payment

Prices, currencies, limits, renewal periods, and included features are shown on the pricing page or in the billing area before payment. Free allowances may be limited by messages, channels, recipients, or other product parameters.

Paid functionality may be restricted when payment fails, balance is insufficient, the paid period expires, or plan limits are exceeded. Refunds and billing corrections are reviewed through support using service records and payment data.

4. Delivery and third-party services

SignalHub makes commercially reasonable efforts to process and deliver events and to record delivery statuses and errors. Recipient settings, third-party provider limits, invalid credentials, network failures, blocking rules, and anti-spam controls may affect delivery.

Third-party integrations are subject to their own provider rules. If a provider changes APIs, limits, or access policies, some functions may be temporarily unavailable while SignalHub adapts.

5. User obligations

The user must use SignalHub only for lawful operational, product, customer, monitoring, or support notifications.

  • Do not send spam, phishing, malicious links, unlawful ads, or messages without required recipient consent.
  • Do not submit secrets, special-category personal data, or payment data unless the selected workflow is configured for that purpose.
  • Do not bypass limits, disrupt the service, scan infrastructure, or use the account for attacks.

6. Access restriction

SignalHub may restrict or terminate access to an account, source, channel, or integration if usage creates security risk, violates this offer, causes recipient complaints, overloads the service, or remains unpaid.

7. Changes

This offer may be updated when the product, pricing, legal requirements, or operational processes change. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Contact

Questions about this offer, payment, and service access can be sent through account support or to support@signalhub.pro.
